Water — Product Overhaul

Turbocharger overhaul takes place in the Napier factory where
we remanufacture complete turbochargers or cartridges
to OEM standards.

Factory overhaul

Currently offered for frame sizes:
NA295, NA355, NA297, NA307, NA357, NA397, NA457, NA298, NA358, NT Series

During the overhaul, the units are stripped down and analysed to assess where parts may need to be repaired or replaced to achieve 'as new' operating efficiencies.

Overhauling products in this way helps to reduce your costs and maintain the highest levels of performance. Napier overhaul department use factory approved salvage techniques as cost effective alternatives to replacing some components that can wear.

Napier Turbochargers overhaul department supply remanufactured turbochargers and cartridges of the above frame sizes to meet your needs.

These are cost effective alternatives that will only contain genuine Napier Turbochargers parts. All parts used will conform to our strict standards for performance and efficiency.

All overhauls carry OEM warranty, and certificate of conformity and authenticity can be provided.
