Customer Empowerment

Napier has developed an aftermarket product for its OEM customers which is a called empowerment. The basic principal of empowerment allows our OEM Customers to offer service, overhaul and repair of the Napier product range and generate service revenue from their Napier fleet. All Empowered Napier OEM customers receive:

  • Supply of Genuine Spare Parts.
  • Training and certification for field service engineers.
  • Technical documentation.
  • Technical support.
  • Service Centre Authorisation.

Customer Training

Training is an important part of ongoing support for the Napier turbocharger fleet, Napier offer as part of their training program:

  • Training carried out at the company's dedicated facilities in the product factory.
  • A comprehensive program including both theory and practical exercises, available for all Napier products.
  • Courses can be tailored to meet individual customer requirements from turbocharger appreciation to expert level training.
  • Training carried out by experienced field service engineers who are still engaged in service activities as well as training.
  • A certificate from the company demonstrating the individuals competence to service Napier products.
  • A full suite of documentation to support the training course including technical documentation.
  • The ability to meet the technical support team based in Lincoln.
