As the source of the original turbocharger product design ALL Napier spare parts are designed and manufactured to precise tolerances to ensure turbocharger efficiency and performance are not affected.
Napier parts are manufactured in the same product factory as the OEM Turbocharger product and so end users are assured of product quality and conformity. Excessive tolerances, where accuracy and quality of manufactured parts are not maintained - as can be experienced through the use of non genuine spare parts - can result in dramatic increases in fuel consumption. In extreme cases the turbocharger will be subject to surge and possibly vibration with the risk of accelerated wear. The engine may be unable to run smoothly or get even close to its rated output.
