CATERPILLAR SUPPLIER QUALITY EXCELLENCE PROCESS Recertification Gold Level
Napier announced earlier this year, in September 2016, that we had been awarded the Supplier Quality Excellence Process Bronze certification award for the supply of goods to Caterpillar Inc. manufacturing facilities in the USA.
Following on the back of this outstanding achievement, Napier has been working very hard to deliver the ‘zero defects’ supplier standards required for SQEP for Caterpillar Motoren GmbH & Co in Germany. After months of hard work from teams in the United Kingdom and Germany, Napier are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the SQEP Gold standard by Caterpillar Motoren GmbH & Co. as one of their outstanding suppliers.
To earn the Gold SQEP standard, suppliers must be able to demonstrate and achieve outstanding and sustainable; product quality, quality management and control, on time delivery, customer service, process control and continuous improvement.
