Caterpillar' Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) Certification to Napier Turbochargers for Caterpillar Inc in 2016
Caterpillar's SQEP program is designed to place special emphasis on supplier performance excellence: to earn SQEP, suppliers must provide superior performance in several categories including product quality, delivery, customer service, process control and continuous improvement.
This certification demonstrates Napier Turbochargers strong values and principles in conducting business and the company’s commitment to collaborate with Caterpillar’s objective to implement a culture for “zero-defects” across its supply base.
Napier Turbochargers has a long standing relationship with Caterpillar Inc. going back for many years and this SQEP certification has been achieved thanks to a dedicated team in both the USA and Germany at Caterpillar and in the UK at Napier.
