Our network of authorised service centres are strategically located in over 20 countries, ensuring that assistance can be given to end users when and where they need it most. The service network provides a range of services from technical support and spares to full turbocharger overhaul and remanufacture, all at a location and schedule designed to minimise downtime. They utilise genuine Napier spare parts for long, reliable operation and all service work is carried out by Napier trained experts.
As well as operating a Global network of approved service centres, Napier also employs a team of highly skilled and experienced field service engineers. This specialised team provides critical emergency cover on all Napier products and works tirelessly to ensure that Customer assets have the shortest possible operational downtime in any situation. The Napier field service team is also on hand to offer technical support for any queries with regard to the operation and maintenance of Napier turbochargers products. Our aim is to provide tailored solutions to Customers needs and make sure Napier products continue to perform at their optimum level for years to come.
